Where have all the bloggers gone?

Well, I agree with Karen, that there aren't many updated blogs left. I know it's been a while for me to so where better to start than Labour weekend.

I stayed around Dunedin but managed to keep myself busy.

Tish came round on Friday and was forced to watch America's Next Top Model (Yes, I love it!), then we made our self at home at Nova for the evening, playing Scrabble over hot chocolate and fries and aioli. I suffered a narrow defeat.

I spent Saturday morning at home, walked into town in the afternoon by which time the weather was absolute crap. I met up with Abby, we were going to get coffee ended up buying cake from the supermarket and eating it at St Kilda in the warmth and safety of her car.

Had dinner at Sarah Thompson's in the evening. We watched Ocean's 12, not as good as 11 but still enjoyable.

Church on Sunday morning, then out for lunch.

The railway station had its centenial this weekend, I was quite keen to go on the steam train to Sawyers bay but unfortunately they were all sold out. The whistles taunted me for the rest of the weekend.

It was Sarah's birthday yesterday so a bunch of us went to Filadelphios for supper after night church on Sunday. Mmmm, Filadelphios!

I came home and watched Nightmare on Elm Street 3 with Jo. Aaah, bad 80s horror, so not scary.

I spent yesterday afternoon making the best of Labour weekend sales.

There is no logic behind the picture of Johnny Knoxville except I thought this post needed a picture and this was what I found on my computer.
