I'm a new woman!

I feel fantastically girly today. My sister came round this morning and sent over half my wardrobe to the op shop so we have just been shopping. There is nothing more satisfying than an armload of shopping bags.

I am currently in Arc cafe waiting for my friend Andrew who is up from Invercargill, to catch up over lunch.

I have a very busy weekend which requires me to be sitting in a theatre for long periods of time... that's right.... film festival! Last year I was unfortunate and got the flu so missed most of the movies I wanted to see.

My mum is up tomorrow afternoon for a visit before she flies off to Ireland on Tuesday. We are all very excited for her.
